As an owner of a successful gift company, and a consultant for a variety of manufacturers, she has gained experience and appreciation for all aspects of business in this marketplace. Her knowledge of product development, manufacturing, sales and marketing, gives her the ability to see matters from all angles. With a creative background, she enjoys working with various companies to achieve their individual goals. As an inaugural member of GSMA, she has a large network of colleagues in the industry and has received awards for her various roles as a board member.

    Randy Spoor has over 45 years of sales and marketing experience in all aspects of the gift, souvenir, and advertising specialty industries. From road salesman to vice-president of sales to the owner of a gift company and everything in between... Randy as they say has "done it all"! In his career, Randy successfully has created start-up companies, built successful new divisions from the ground up, brought companies into new marketplaces, and built a reputation for finding qualified representation for his clients.

    GSMA’s Founder, Ann Nensel is a seasoned Sales Manager with 30 years of industry expertise in gifts, home, and toys, and currently spearheads Peking Handicraft, Inc.'s Specialty Channel. Her sales acumen shines through a decade as OneCoast's Regional Sales Manager, contributing to Mud Pie's triumph earning three Regional Manager of the Year Awards and two Years of Excellence Awards and later as Ty, Inc.'s West Coast Regional Sales Manager. Recognized for her unwavering dedication, Ann excels in building authentic relationships, harnessing data analytics, and innovatively spotting fresh retail prospects, exemplifying an unrelenting drive for standout achievements.

    Tara Rubino, boasting over two decades in the Gift Industry, serves as Associate VP of Sales at Douglas Company, Inc. Leading 13 sales organizations and 160 reps, she bridges company-sales relations, driving annual growth. Tara also cultivates ties with national retail accounts, maximizing revenue. A founding and board member of GMSA, she brings vast industry insights, fueled by her upbringing and 18-year tenure at Mary Meyer Corporation, solidifying her expertise and dedication.
